Investors Lunch – Rowton Castle

On Thursday 7^th October, we held our very first Investors Lunch at Rowton Castle, Shrewsbury. It was a beautiful day and the castle looked glorious for our advisers, guest speakers and current and prospective clients.

Attendees were treated to two guest speakers, Henry Cobbe CFA, Head of Research at Elston Consulting, and Jeremy Simmons, Head of Distribution at Slater Investments Ltd.

Henry is Director and Head of Research at Elston Consulting which researches and develops investment strategies for UK advisers and wealth managers. Presenting his thoughts on inflation in a post-COVID world, Henry provided the latest insight into what this means for individual savings and investments during a period of likely increasing inflation.

Jeremy Simmons from Slater Investments provided insight on the outlook for UK equities and highlights of the research and analytics available to support potential important investment decisions.
